Kilkenny dog breeder Clement Stone fined after dogs found living in faeces with teeth falling out

A Kilkenny man has pleaded guilty for cruelty to animals after a hero ISPCA inspector discovered four dogs living in a shed covered in faeces with their teeth falling out.
