A little further over into the east bay valleys and warmest numbers will be in and around 90 degrees for the Livermore Valley and concord. You can see how we go from upper 60s to upper 70s throughout the Morning Hours and by 2 00 were in the mid80s, 90 degrees by about 4 00 and the numbers will still be in the 80s as they fog and the sea breeze will be slow to return.
