Well, gillroy is the only bay area city that has a firework show tonight. But comes with a modification. So to be in compliance, the mayor is asking people to stay home and watch from their yards. Fireworks will go higher into the sky this year. And anyone within 2 1 2 miles should be able to see it. The show launches at dusk from a field at gillroy high school. Roads around the school and nearby parks will be blocked off to prevent crowds. Foster city went virtual this year for its fourth of july celebration. Its been a day of online games and performances. For at least three fires overnight in contra costa county. Fire crews say they battled 14 fires, since last night alone. And in concord, firefighters say there were four earlymorning fires in the span of just 30 minutes, includeing the one you see here. Most were grass fires, including one in richmond. Three involved buildings while two others involved vehicles. That is according to an official with the east bay Regional Park district. That fire started about 3 00 this afternoon. No one was hurt. To the south bay now where a restaurant in morgan hill thats been serving customers outside for a month now, is ordered to stop by the state. And that order could affect every restaurant in Santa Clara County. I really have no idea why the state is doing this. A woman seen on Surveillance Video appearing to intentionally cough on a 1yearold child at a san jose yogurt land has been fired. The Oak Grove School district confirmed today to abc 7 news, the woman is no longer an employee. She was seen, on video, walking over to the babys stroller, pulling down her mask, and then coughing.
