Oakland will set up 12 sites to provide a grab and go breakfast and lunch. The santa clara district will have f at selected school sites. San francisco will run and operate Emergency Care facilities at libraries and recreation facilities of children of patients on the front lines of the outbreak and low income families. On the storm impact scale, it is a level one light storm we have on our hands. Still more scattered showers. Additional rainfall on top of what weve seen. Overnight its going to be cold compared to last night well into the 30s in the north bay. Around the bay shoreline, upper 30s to 40s. Future weather later on tonight early tomorrow morning, that wet weather confined to the southern half of the bay area, but tomorrow well find that scattered showers are fair game for everybody.
