Aguilar wouldnt make it home. At 1 54 a. M. , the driver of t dt black car xrashed into the median. Two other drivers hit the sighon. A fourth driver stopped to help. He was always like that. He is like so helpful. He put on the hazards. He stopped blocking number one lane and got out of his vehicle trying to assist the other people that were broken down on the road. You get to hang out with your boys and cook a bunch of food. This is the first session of chop which stands for cooking healthy for optical performance. This is something we never really got into. I personally never really learned anything about cooking. Its al been self taught. Thats where the sjs Nutrition Department comes into play. Theyve been working to create a curriculum that is both educational and applicable. Our intention here is to start with the football program. We have grad student building that out for us. But then to be able to offer this out to the other athletic programs here and taylor it to meet the needs of each team. The program is created after coaches saw a need for emphasizing the importance of Nutrition Education and eating right for their student athletes. Youre not going to get the benefits from your workouts or the benefits from your training or practice if you dont fuel them with the proper food. A lot of them know how to go to the fast food place and get as much foo food as they kfrment they dont know what thaur putting in their bodies. This is all about breakfast.
