He said that as long as we paid for the trailer in full, that he would commit to doing the tv show and guarantee to having the home completed by filming. Reporter after the home was finished and filming wraps, they said the home still needed some major fixes. So it went back to bedsoles workshop and with nowhere else to live, the family moved into it. Thats when they asked bedsole for a final quote. Do it. Some reason, he wouldn mike, you need to answer our questions. Reporter the richards say they confronted bedsole after they learned he was being evicted from the property. Youre being evicted from the property for being five months late on your payments. And so this house needs to be moved from the property. So what are we supposed to do with everything in the house . Reporter weiss news contacted the Property Owner who confirmed bedsole was evicted and still owes them 30,000. Soon after their confrontation with bedsole, the richards learned the home they thought was theirs turned out did not belong to them. We spoke to the lawyer who said if you move the house, well have you arrested for stealing. We said what are you talking about . He said you dont own the title to the house. Reporter richard says bedsole put the trailer inthe property. We had written to the builder, where is our tiny house . No response at all.
