It appears a toyota sedan was tboned by another car at the intersection and the toyota was pushed on to the track blocking hline tracks last night. We have a message out to San Francisco police asking for details about this crash. We will bring you more as soon as we hear back. President trump declayed predawn immigration raids scheduled to start today. It would have targeted up to 2,000 families facing deportation. The i. C. E. Raids were planned for ten u. S. The builder said wie were no able to accept the trailer from the tv show, we had to go with his supplier. Reporter receipts and emails show richards paid 11,500 for the trailer. The expectation is registered the title in our name or documentation to register the title. Reporter as the episode went into production, the richards say they were still trying to secure financing, which almost put the brakes on going forward. He said that as long as we paid for the trailer in full, that he would commit to doing the tv show and guarantee to having the home completed by filming. Reporter after the home was finished and filming wraps, they said the home still needed some major fixes. So it went back to bedsoles workshop and with nowhere else to live, the family moved into it. Thats when they asked bedsole for a final quote. Do it. Some reason, he wouldn mike, you need to answer our questions. Reporter the richards say they confronted bedsole after they learned he was being evicted from the property. Youre being evicted from the property for being five months late on your payments. And so this house needs to be moved from the property. So what are we supposed to do with everything in the house . Reporter weiss news contacted the Property Owner who confirmed bedsole was evicted and still owes them 30,000. Soon after their confrontation with bedsole, the richards learned the home they thought was theirs turned out did not belong to them. We spoke to the lawyer who said if you move the house, well have you arrested for stealing. We said what are you talking about . He said you dont own the title to the house. Reporter richard says bedsole put the trailer inthe property. We had written to the builder, where is our tiny house . No response at all. Reporter three months later the show airs only by that time they have no idea where their home is. Them yesterday the richards say tey found it listed on a real estate site going for 148,000. The home put up for sale by mike bedsole. And now we cant afford a lawyer to even seek to get our house back and seek justice for what has been done. Reporter the richards say they contacted the producers of tiny house nation who told them it was between them and bedsole. For in our their dream of owning their first home appears to be gone. All we can do is pack two suitcases and drive back to california. We reached out to mike beds ma bedsole and his company for a comment. They did not respond for our request.
