He testified that the prosecutions photo evidence did not accurately represent the arrangement of furniture the night of the fire. Prosecution witnesses described harris has having a leadership role at the ghost ship in charge of collecting rent and organizing events, but harris testified he really did cleanup duties in the warehouse including scrubbing toilets in exchange for staying there. As for collecting rent money, he said i put it in a can, i got on my bicycle and road to wells fargo. Victims families who listened to the testimony said he didnt seem remorseful. New details on the series of crashes on 101 yesterday in palo alto. Were waiting to hear whether alcohol or drugs played a role in a collision that killed a wrong way driver. The chp identified three victims hurt in a Chain Reaction wreck that took place moments after the first collision. Two of them are women from san jose and the third is from cooper tino. One remains hospital lie hospitz major injuries, the others had minor injuries. Detectives claim 56yearold Anthony Robert gomez threatened officers by pretending to have a hand gun.
