In the east bay a concord man has been arrested accused of threatening to commit a mass shooting at a jewish temple and kill police officers. The man has been identified as 23yearold ross farca. He was arrested after receiving a tip from the fbi about threats in an online chat room. Investigators say they found an illegal ar15 at his home with camouflaged clothing and nazi literature. A baby boy has died after being found unresponsive in a Swimming Pool in antioch. Firefighters tried to revive the 23monthold at 7 30 last night. They did detect a heart beat but doctors pronounced him dead at the hospital. Police believe it was an accident and no crime took place. Officials have not released the childs name. Oakland police are increasing patrols this weekend to crack down on side shows.
