What appears to be a white 4x4 can be seen with its hood smashed in on the side of the road, and weve seen police and Emergency Services at the scene. People are being taken away on stretchers or being attended to where they lie on the road. A similar incident took place in january in the city where six people were killed. Authorities installed concrete blocks in various places to prevent similar attacks but they dont seem onto have made much of a difference.
