The Kerala High Court has discharged KPCC chief K Sudhakaran from a case accusing him of conspiring to kill senior CPI(M) leaders in 1995. The court held that the allegations were already investigated by Andhra Pradesh police, making a second FIR in Kerala unjustified and legally unsustainable.
