Broadcaster Keith Walsh is hoping to teach kids the language of mindfulness he didn’t have until adulthood.
He is also encouraging people to be vulnerable in their daily lives.

2FM meant he was out of a job and Keith took to social media and shared a video about the impact leaving the show had on him.
Speaking to
Alive and Kicking with Clare McKenna, he explained how it was important to move away from pretending to be "the big man" towards acknowledging his feelings.
"I had been going to therapy and I'd finished up with a job, which in radio terms was the right thing for them to do, to change, but I just felt the rejection and the disappointment," Keith said.
