Judge maintains some claims against Warren police for holding murder man's cash – Macomb Daily

Warren police said it confiscated about $43,000 from a wall safe and about $13,000 from a bag in the basement ceiling rafters as well as a Rolex watch and piece of jewelry in the safe, cell phones and other items in the home.
