Judge dismisses Paxton lawsuit to reverse Austin marijuana decriminalization ordinance

A City of Austin ordinance decriminalizing low-level marijuana possession will remain in effect. On Wednesday, a judge killed a lawsuit brought by the Texas Attorney General trying to reverse the move.
