Joel Landy's estate selling Detroit real estate portfolio to fund new foundation

Landy's estate is listing almost all of his real estate portfolio, primarily in a couple-block stretch of what once was notoriously known as the Cass Corridor, up for sale, with the proceeds to go to the new Joel Landy Foundation.
