Convicted double murderer Jeremy Christian, who is now serving a “true life” sentence at an eastern Oregon prison, has appealed his case to the state Court of Appeals.
Christian gave notice to Multnomah County Circuit Court Dec. 2, more than five months after he was sentenced for the May 2017 first-degree murders and a hate-fueled crime spree.
No court documents have been filed yet that outline the grounds for Christian’s appeal -- or even whether Christian is simply appealing his conviction, his life sentence or both.
