Jacksonville police officers spotted at Red Bay Apartments in Arlington

Details were not immediately clear. The apartment complex is on Arlington Expressway.
A woman, who did not give her name, lives in one of the buildings and said she was asked to evacuate.
“They had it tied off and said, ‘We are evacuating the building,’” the woman said.
At about 3:30 p.m., the scene was cleared and people were allowed back inside the complex.
The woman told News4Jax that she saw a man and woman led out of the building in handcuffs.
