U Plavu na Racini u toku je izgradnja Sebilja, koji je replika čuvenog sarajevskog sa centra Baščaršije.
“HD Architects” je izradio projekat, radove izvodi DOO "Husko trans", dok će sredstva za izgradnju obezbijediti Islamska zajednica & Kulturni centar Plav-Gusinje iz New Yorkam, i to će biti ujedno poklon rodnom Plavu i svim građanima.
Kako je objavljeno na službenom siteu Opštine Plav, prilikom potpisivanja zvaničnog ugovora i početku izvođenja radova, "predsjednik Opštine Nihad Canović zahvalio se donatorima na iskazanoj želji da doprinesu unaprjeđenju infrastrukture i uljepšavanju Plava, te istakao da će Opština u najkraćem roku urediti teren tako da sebilj dođe do punog izražaja".
