Amid confusions as to whether the Char Dham Yatra this year will be organised or not due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the fear of a third wave, the Indian Railways has decided to operate a special train in September covering several top tourist destinations, including Char Dham - Badrinath, Jagannath Puri, Rameshwaram, and Dwarkadhish.
