Imperial Pacific International (CNMI) LLC opposes Clear Management Ltd.’s request with the federal court for reimbursement of funds for expenses incurred as the the court-appointed receiver as IPI claims that Clear Management, while carrying out its duties, caused damage to the casino and has not taken responsibility for the damages incurred.
