Ionia school board spends money on buildings, buses and laptops

The Ionia Public Schools Board of Education made several strategic expenditures during Monday’s meeting. “To be fiscally responsible with our taxpayers' money, we seek the most cost-effective bids and make an intentional effort to partner with local businesses,” Superintendent Benjamin Gurk told the Daily News.
