its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2020 ('Annual Report 2020') together with its Sustainability Report.
 
In compliance with 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules,
a copy of the Annual Report 2020 will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism

A hard copy version of the Annual Report 2020 will be sent to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications on or about 11 May 2021.
