The Puerto Vallarta International Friendship Club is kicking off the New Year with their annual 50/50 raffle fundraiser. Everyone is invited to extend a helping hand in international friendship by buying a 50/50 donation raffle ticket (or two!), to benefit community service providers that the IFC has already vetted.
