Intel 12th/13th Gen fail to see Windows 11-optimized edge vs AMD Ryzen and old 10th Gen

Despite Windows 11 optimization, it was recently found that Intel's newer 13th Gen is less snappy than the 10th Gen. Interestingly, AMD's modern Ryzen 7000 is not exhibiting this to such a degree.
