Did you know that a trademark license could also be a franchise governed by franchise laws? This program will guide trademark attorneys and other brand professionals through state and provincial franchising laws and trademark laws in the United States and Canada, and discuss franchise agreements and other franchise documents, along with franchise legal and business considerations related to the practice of trademark attorneys and how those considerations impact a client’s brand decisions.
