Insecurity: Anambra vigilante operatives conniving with criminals, says Soludo

The Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, has alleged that some of the state vigilante operatives work hand-in-hand with criminals in the communities, hence sabotaging the government’s efforts to tackle insecurity.
