New Delhi: The Board of Directors of ICICI Lombard General Insurance on Friday said that its board has approved an interim dividend of Rs 4 per equity share and will be paid on or before April 4, 2021.
In a regulatory filing, the company said that "Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e. Friday, March
