Horrific moment fleeing suspect, 28, falls on highway after being tazed by Colorado cops and is then RUN OVER and killed by oncoming car

Brent Thompson, 28, was killed on February 18 near Fort Collins, Colorado. He had been pulled over by police, and ran away: a deputy tasered him, and he was run over by a pickup truck seconds later.
