Holbeach councillor says the public have a right to answers
A parish councillor says that the public have a right to answers over a non disclosure agreement.
It was revealed at Monday’s virtual meeting that Holbeach Parish Council has signed this legal agreement.
Coun Sophie Hutchison told the meeting that the council had a ‘massive PR issue’ at the moment.

She said at the virtual meeting: “I am sure most members are aware that a lot of members of the public are not happy.
“There’s a non-disclosure clause in place so we can’t answer all questions but we can’t leave it totally either as it will get worse.
