HINDS COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) - Hinds County escapee Joseph Spring has been captured. Hinds County Sheriff Tyree Jones said Spring was captured by deputies and US Marshals after a brief “vehicle encounter” in west Jackson on Saturday, June 17.
