Hillsboro man federally charged for plotting mass shooting of women due in court Friday

Investigators said a man plotted a mass shooting of women at a university in Ohio.
On Friday, Tres Genco, 21, from Hillsboro, will face a federal judge in the disturbing case that dates back to 2019.Sign up for our Newsletters
Investigators said he identifies as "Incel", meaning he believes women unjustly deprive him of sex and romance.
An expert we talked with said he predicts we will see more of this kind of activity.
He said there is a lot of anger and there are men who want to send a message.
