He was also seen earlier, around 9 p.m. on Sunday, in the Paris Street-Centennial Drive area.

On Monday, a command post was set up at the James Jerome Sports Complex and an OPP helicopter was being used to conduct an aerial search over the West End/Gatchell area, the police service said through Twitter.
