CHRISTIANSBURG – New River Health District has committed to participate in National Preparedness Month (NPM), held annually in September, by offering educational resources to the public, providing training opportunities to local health department staff and Medical Reserve Corps volunteers, and providing Stop the Bleed training to community members across the district.
