Mumbai: In a deplorable incident, a 25-year-old man in Mumbai allegedly spread the rumour of an affair with a 33-year-old woman in order to malign her after she named his friend in a case related to money withdrawal from her bank account. The accused also stalked and sexually harassed the woman for nearly four months. Fed up with the continuous harassment, the woman lodged a complaint with the Vakola Police, following which the accused was arrested on Thursday (March 4).
