Upbeet will operate from mixed-use building Three Thirty Three, located at
333 11th Ave. S. Young + Hungry is the parent company of the concept, which was founded in 2017 and operates an eatery in Atlantaâs Midtown district. Company officials could not be reached for comment.
A permit, valued at about $162,700, has been issued to allow for the build-out of the space in Three Thirty Three. Nashville-based Dowdle Construction will handle the job.
Upbeet bills itself as focused on organic and non-GMO offerings. Animal proteins are sourced only from farms that âresponsibly raise their animals,â the company website notes.
On this theme, Upbeet's green efforts include the use of Energy Star equipment; LED lighting; water-efficient toilets, restroom fixtures and kitchen faucets; and 100 percent compostable cups and to-go packaging.
