Ground broken for Ephraim Crossing neighborhood
A new neighborhood is officially under construction on the south end of Ephraim. Known as “The Estates”, this neighborhood is a part of the Ephraim Crossing technology hub that was proposed in July 2020.
The site will feature 44 family home lots, with up to five different model options. Homes may also include up to six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Finished or unfinished basements are optional.
Ephraim Crossing will also be home to business spaces as well as retail shops.
