Gordon criticizes proposed EPA rule on methane emissions

CHEYENNE – In comments submitted Tuesday, Gov. Mark Gordon criticized the Environmental Protection Agency’s proposed rule establishing a waste emission charge for methane discharges from oil and gas facilities.
