Gilgo Beach serial killer suspect Rex Heuermann's 'disturbing' behavior before his arrest

Suffolk Police Commissioner Rodney K.Harrison told Newsday on Wednesday that the 59-year-old was still engaging in horrid activity while under investigation for the murders.
