Kim Mitchell, of Solon Springs, stands beside an oil portrait that former President George W. Bush painted of her. The portrait, and her story, are featured in Bush's new book, "Out of Many, One: Portraits of America's Immigrants," and in a new exhibit at the George W. Bush Presidential Center in Texas.
