The Board of directors of Gateway Distriparks Ltd at their meeting held on 29 Dec 2020, approved the payment of Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 2 (Rupees Two only) per equity share of face value Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only) each, for the financial year 2020-21 to the shareholders. The Record date for the Interim Dividend is Wednesday, 6 January 2021 and the date of payment shall be on or before Wednesday, January 20, 2021.
