Garrett Shrader ruled out for Boca Raton Bowl

Syracuse quarterback Garrett Shrader was ruled out of the Boca Raton Bowl after it was announced he had shoulder surgery at the end of the regular season. Freshman Braden Davis was listed as the starter on the depth chart.
