Fund misuse cloud over apartment owners' association

The Registrar of Cooperative Societies, First Division, Bengaluru District, issued an order on March 18 based on a complaint lodged by Chandrasekhar and 25 members of the Kendriya Vihar Apartment Owners’ Association. The order restricts the withdrawal of funds from the bank accounts of Kendriya Vihar Apartment Owners’ Association.
