FTC will review Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard, says report

The Federal Trade Commission will review Microsoft’s proposed purchase of Acquisition Blizzard. The FTC has generally been more aggressive when it comes to deals than the Justice Department, though we’ll have to wait to see how the agency leans in this case.
