Friar charged with blocking access to Long Island Planned Parenthood clinic

Father Fidelis Moscinski, a Franciscan Friar of the Renewal, was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with violating the federal Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, or FACE Act.
