Francophone Games to kick off in DR Congo capital

Tens of thousands of spectators are set to attend Friday's opening ceremony at the ninth Francophone Games in DR Congo's capital Kinshasa, despite security and safety fears.Questions over security and safety have dogged the Games in the run-up to the opening.
