We have heard her say all of that. When you go through the website, there are very few details on how she is going to do it. I mean, they talk about cut taxes for people in Middle Class. Make rent more affordable. Goes on, grow small business. Take on bad actors, strengthen and bring down the cost of healthcare. It is not really specific on how she is going to do it. Ainsley why didnt she do that over the last three and a half years. Lawrence speaking of the issues she talks about the border. In there she talks about her plan is really the bipartisan plan. There is no Harris Plan that she is presenting to the table. As you guys know. That bill is dead. This congress is getting ready to end in this Election Year. But then she separates the Border Issue in tackling the Fentanyl Crisis and opioid crisis as if she is just going to go after the drug deals. Not actually going against the countries that are getting the fentanyl across the border. So she sees them, brian, as two separate issues. Brian like you said last hour she does bring up project 2025. All i can say if there is a Think Tank that Kamala Harris and other colleagues working at. Maybe its brookings institute. They come up with a policy. I wouldnt think in A Million years you should stick on Kamala Harris. It has nothing to do with her just because they are democrats. For them to jump on the Heritage Foundation 900 Page Document which is interesting for conservatives. But to think its Donald Trumps document is wrong. Just because his former trump people that worked there. Why wouldnt conservatives work at a conservative Think Tank especially as prestigious as heritage. Border patrol doesnt do deportation. She said that she wanted to defund ice . So, is that the position still of Kamala Harris . You say you cant have secure borders without ice. Brian she wants a earned pathway to citizenship, too. They dont bring up Sanctuary Cities anymore. Politically no longer advantageous. Ainsley they dismantled all of trumps on the border. Brian she never says it. Steve she doesnt she will have to say it tomorrow. Bernie sanders does it call flipflopping. He doesnt call it evolution. He calls it pragmatism. Watch this. Do you think that she is abandoning her progressive ideals . No, i dont think she is abandoning her ideals. I think she is trying to be pragmatic in doing what she thinks is right in order to win the election. She has another approach toward moving toward universal healthcare. But, again, i think on issues like expanding medicare, by expanding Social Security, and lifting the cap on Taxable Income that the rich put in so we can raise Social Security benefits, the need to raise the Minimum Wage from starvation 7 and a quarter Minimum Wage to living wage. Raising taxes on billionaires. She is going to win and i think she can win big. Yes, Helper Views are not mine but i do consider her progressive. Brian if you drill down on it, one of the things they say only a third of the people think that Donald Trump is too far left. Most think he is in the middle. Nearly half of voters in contrast say that harris is too far to the left. Only 41 says she is not too far either way. So she is trying to go to the middle but the american people arent buying it. And they are trying to make himoi trump an extremist and the american people arent buying it because we have made our own decisions. I just think this is what i found heartening is that the american people looked at what was happening with someone doing one interview as opposed to 41 interviews no. Town halls no, press conferences, not even taking general questions from the media. Changing positions but not personally. Only through surrogates and Press Releases and said no, thats not good enough. Thats why i thought when she President Trump gained four or five points on the poll. By this pointed biden was up 6. Hillary was up 8. Answered gained points just because he he is doing the job. She is in Bubble Wrap and she thought she could coast by telling us what spice shes uses in chili. You dont have all these people, maybe the rallies, okay . When you are talking about every day people. You dont have people going all across the country saying im a kamala fan. So you got all these villains, where are the victims . Where are all the victims coming out saying Kamala Harris took on Wall Street for me. Where are the victims saying oh, Kamala Harris took on this predator for me. Part of being a good politician and having a record is once you do something, people dont forget. And during the campaign season, all those people that you helped, you put them on the campaign trail, you cut ads, there are no ads of all these people that she claims in her Press Document over the night that she helped that are out there right now. This is going to be one of the highest takes 90 minutes in american history. And that is why the Kamala Harris side is trying so hard to stage manage everything. Her memorizing lines i think is going to hurt her on the debate. She needs to decide what she believes as a candidate. She already has the job as being the nominee. No one can take that away from her. Be who you are. Put the Policy Positions stand where you stand. Brian american people dont want where she has been. How a lot of people asking how is Donald Trump preparing. I know you have been brought in to help him. One of the Campaign Managers was on earlier saying his tactics are different than Kamala Harris in the way he preps. Tell us what it is looking like for Donald Trump. Ha ha ha, Kamala Harris is a politician in the worst sense ever the world. Donald trump has not and nor will he ever a typical politician. Is he very wellversed on the issue. He is very wellversed on Kamala Harris record. And he is talking about these issues almost every day as he is out with the american people across the country, as is he doing interview after Interview Town Hall after Town Hall. For me, if there is anything that i can be helpful with, it really is just sharing the experience that i had with her on that Debate Stage and the kinds of tactics i think she will try to use to, perhaps, get under his skin or really to try to deflect her goal is to be to deflect away from her disastrous record that has caused greater harm to the american people in so many ways. And then shift to the new story, the new narrative that she wants to make voters believe. And hopes that they will forget what she has already done over these last three and a half years. Ainsley whats your advice to Donald Trump when she does try to deflect . Is he looking forward to this debate. And is he looking forward to focusing on Kamala Harris record and as you have said a few times this morning, ainsley, since i have been watching, why hasnt she fixed the things that she is now saying are broken over the last three and a half years . She is the incumbent candidate in this race. She is Vice President Kamala Harris and she has had the opportunity over these last three and a half years, especially with Joe Biden to have already brought about the kinds of changes that she is now promising that she will do in her quote, unquote. New way forward. How can there quote be a New Way Forward when she is responsible for disastrous economic and foreign policies domestic and international policies that have been the hallmark of this administration. Once again, that have not helped the american people. Its actually hurt the american people. Ainsley yeah. I know that he said when he had the Town Hall with sean hannity, he said you might not like me but look at my policies compared to Kamala Harris policies. And there i poll out this mornig 1 3 of american voters dont even know what she stands for. She has put some of her policies on her website. President trump doesnt need my advice on this because he is very much focused on the issues. And how he will fix what Kamala Harris and Joe Biden have broken over these last three and a half years. Donald Trump Isnt running for president for himself. He is running for president because he sees the risks and the dangers that we face as a country right now. Specifically because of the harrisbiden administration. And he wants to serve our country and serving the american people and actually fix what they have broken. Clearly as some of the media reports have shown, they have been studying my debate with her in 2019. And setting aside almost a week of solid Debate Prep with the lights and stage and standins and everything. Donald Trump Hasnt been doing that because he doesnt need to do it. He has been out speaking to the american people. She is taking this debate seriously. She will come prepared with memorized lines. Ready to recite and deliver them in what i think will be a very effective way; however, she cannot run away from her record. President trump looks forward to making sure the american people remember what she has done over these last three and a half years and how she had the opportunity to fix whats broken but she is she is the one responsible for breaking it.
