Former Our Lady of Victories property slated for day care

WOONSOCKET – A plan to turn the former Our Lady of Victories School building into a child care center has been put on hold, but a local developer said he’s confident he’ll be able to get the project back on track now that the effects of the pandemic are easing up.
Richard Storti is a managing partner for Northeast Equity Partners, a West Warwick-based development company that purchased the property for $225,000 in 2019. Storti said his group was in the process of renovating the building for use as a day care center and had confirmed a tenant when the pandemic disrupted their plans last year.
