Former NYPD cop charged with murder for shooting man at SC Chick-fil-A

Anthony DeLustro, a Summerville Police Department officer and former NYPD cop, was charged with murder Wednesday for the shooting death of Michael O'Neal, 39, outside a Chick-fil-A on March 20.
