Former N. Bahr el Ghazal minister resigns from SPLM-IO

A former minister of local government and law enforcement agencies in South Sudan’s Northern Bahr el Ghazal State has tendered his resignation from the opposition Sudan People's Liberation Movement in Opposition (SPLM-IO) of Dr. Riek Machar.
