good Wednesday everybody. Meteorologist Jonathan Kander here after very cold. Start a record cold this morning. Highs still below average for this time of year. Highs in the upper fifties today, with light winds on the north at about 5 to 10 miles an hour tonight, the winds will slowly shift to the southeast by daybreak. It's still cold, but just not freezing lows in the thirties and the forties. Then we get into thursday, highs in the fifties, so very similar to what we're gonna see this afternoon because clouds return rain comes in the afternoon, some scattered showers, maybe rumble thunder, not worried about severe weather until we get into friday. So this is the outlook for friday. It's a slight risk of severe weather, meaning scattered damage reports. Main concern. Big hill golf ball size hail. But there is a tornado risk. Yes, I know. Going from freezing Wednesday morning to tornado risk by friday. Make sure you tune in Kiev so five news five and six o'clock this evening. Chief meteorologist Tamerlane. He'll be in, he's gonna break down the storm timeline, but also he'll have his tornado index scale 1 to 10. He'll show you, you know the area that will have to watch for possible tornado development.
