Florham Park seniors learn how to laugh

FLORHAM PARK- If ever there was a time for a good chuckle... this is it!
“Today the Florham Park AARP Chapter 5109 received a presentation that was both informative and funny,” Membership Chair Peter Nicolas said in an e-mail on Tuesday, Dec. 15.
“The Florham Park AARP meetings are highlighted with fun and informative presentations. In October, we learned all about the ABC’s of Candy and then in November we sang along as we learned about the History of Christmas Carols,” he said.
For December’s meeting, however, Nicolas said laughter was on the agenda.
“In this December meeting we saw and hear about the Benefits of Laughter for Seniors,” he said, adding that it was much appreciated in these unprecedented times.
